“ Every time I come to Miami I make a trip to this place. I always get tuna and grits if I'm there for breakfast and conch salad no matter what time of day it is. This conch salad is superior! I always ask for extra lime and extra pepper on the side. If you are in a hurry don't come here bc all the food is fresh and takes some time to cook. ”
“ Conch salad is awesome. Only wish telephone customer service matched. Extremely long hold time on phone. The purpose of ordering over the phone is to prevent long wait at counter. I finally gave up trying to pre-order = lost sale. ”
“ OMG!! Went here as a recommendation from the receptionist at our south beach resort. The food is awesome and the service is five star! Went there on a Sunday to try out the conch fritters. We ended up getting the oxtail plate, fritters, sweet potato cake bar and Bahama Mama. The food and drinks were FIRE! The hostess in the bar area was super nice and kind. Sadly we didn't get her name but she made the BEST Bahama Mama! Great food and even better service. Highly recommend. It was so good we went back a few days later for another round of food before our flight back to Cali. The second round we ordered pork chops, fritters (again lol) and oxtails with a side of rum cake. We will definitely come back anytime we are in Miami. Conch Heaven lives up to its name for sure. ”

“ I had a craving for Johnny cake and my friends were holding out. But I knew I could swing by and pickup a few pieces. The young lady who assisted me was very polite and professional, she took a long order from another customer and acknowledged my presence standing there. When it was my turned, she apologized and took my order. The Johnny cake was fresh and warm when I received it. If I had more time, would have ordered lunch to go. So I'll definitely be back soon. KUDOS to manager for how he professionally and calmly handled a customer who came in with a issue. ”
